The Whistle Blower Policy of Omnilink Technology Pvt Ltd aims to uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. It establishes a formal vigil mechanism to enable employees, directors, and external stakeholders—including customers, vendors, consultants, and auditors—to report instances of unethical behavior, actual or suspected fraud, violations of law, or breach of company codes. The policy encourages timely and honest reporting and assures confidentiality and protection against retaliation.



Reports can be made anonymously through multiple accessible channels, including a designated phone number, email addresses, and physical mail to the corporate office. If uncomfortable using the standard methods, whistleblowers can report directly to the COO or Managing Director via email or hard copy.

The policy guarantees confidentiality for whistleblowers and ensures protection from retaliation when disclosures are made in good faith.

Whistleblowers are encouraged to provide detailed reports, including names, roles, and relevant facts, to support thorough investigations. The Anti-Corruption Compliance team conducts an initial assessment of each report, followed by a detailed investigation when necessary. Outcomes are communicated to the whistleblower when their identity is known, and confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.



A strict non-retaliation policy is in place to protect whistleblowers and any employees assisting with investigations.

Discrimination, threats, or reprisals against whistleblowers are not tolerated. Violations of this policy can be reported to the Anti-Corruption Governance Body, whose decisions are final. This system promotes a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical behaviour within the organization.
